Steps for Online Application
- Apply through Payap University’s website: www.payap.ac.th
- Set Username: ID card number or passport number
Password: Date of birth - Fill in personal information and select the desired program
- Upload copies of required documents
- Complete the application process, log out, and wait for the review results (1 working day)
- Log back into the application system to check the review result
What to Do After Applying Online
- Log back into the application system through the website: www.payap.ac.th
- Check the review result
- If selected, the system will display tuition fee details along with a QR-Code for payment
- Follow the instructions in the tuition fee details document to make the payment
- Upload the payment proof into the system
- Complete the payment process and wait for payment verification (1 working day)
- Log back into the application system to check the payment verification result
- Proceed with new student registration

The system will notify the “New Student ID” or if you wish to receive the new student ID in person, you can contact the New Student Admissions Office, Registrar and Academic Services, Payap University - Access the educational services system website: reg.payap.ac.th, click on the menu “New Student Registration and Document Submission System” and follow the instructions in the “New Student Registration and Document Submission Guide”
